Handmade in Whitby, solid, strong, and built to last a lifetime.

Our hand crafted, designed, tried and tested premium deckchair is for a multitude of different size and weights of people (including our maker who is 6’ 4” and 18 st).

It can be used all year round, left outside and certainly withstand the rigours of the beach and marine environment.

Utilising end of life and discarded fishing net from Journey Blue’s fishing net collection program, sustainably sourced Douglas Fir, very strong, durable and certified by (FSC) Forest Stewardship Council who make sure the forests are managed in a way that preserves biological diversity and benefits the lives of local people and workers and

we only use Marine grade stainless steel fixings in our handcrafted premium deckchairs.

Our naturally produced Whitby Sea Salt is irregular in shape and size giving a salt explosion to the senses.

There is a range of delicious taste experiences to enjoy with our Whitby Sea Salt. We have found through research and development using  a pestle and mortar or a spice grinder to get the desired texture you prefer or enjoy the large crystals just as they are, bursting with flavour.
We think you'd enjoy the same great hands on approach to create your own texture and crystal size. 

Our salt is naturally dried keeping an element of moisture to retain the mineral wealth and taste of our great Whitby coastline.
